Howlers Rover Unit
“TO SEEK OUT EXTREME ACTIVITIES, IN ALL SEASONS, WEATHER OR TERRAIN.”
As such our Unit consists of members spanning from the far north to the far south, who are all seeking new and exciting challenges. Members meet regularly at the Howlers Den which is located in Echunga in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. The den itself is well equipped and the surrounding grounds are fantastic for camping and bonfires on those cold winter nights in the hills.
Howlers Rovers have an active range of activities generally running on a fortnightly basis. Our program is generated early each year making it easier to plan our busy social lives. The calendar and blogs on the home page outline some of the past activities and events. Typical regular activities include:
- Hiking / Bush Walking
- Camping
- Beach Days
- Bonfires
- Movie Nights
In addition to regular activities, Howlers Rovers is devoted to extreme activities such as:
- Caving
- Scuba Diving
- 4WD Trips
Joining Howlers Rovers also provides a range of opportunities to its members including:
- Overseas Travel
- Interstate Travel
- Attendance at Rover Events (Moots and Boots)
- Service
To see the other awsome things that we get up to head over and check us out on Facebook!
INTERESTED? WANT TO GIVE IT A GO? WELL NOW YOU CAN!
At Howlers Rovers we are always looking for new members to add to the dynamics of our Unit. However, we want you to get to know us and our values before you become a member. Therefore, we encourage you to attend at least three events and have some fun.
