HaVaC Rover Unit is an awesomesauce Rover Scout Unit based in Flagstaff Hill. Formally based in Happy Valley, HaVaC is a reincarnation of 'The Valley Crew' from another time, and roughly translates to Happy Valley Crew. We actually do know how to spell the word havoc.
HaVaC has a deep root in the foundations of Scouting; a number of our members are Queen’s Scouts and most members hold a leadership role within Scouting. We also have a number of fully trained members with Woodbeads. We’re all friendly and outgoing people, and pride ourselves on running fun, exciting and adventurous activities including 4WD trips, Caving, Cooking Competitions, River Camps, the popular and successful ‘Candy’s Restaurant’, regular bonfires, and much more.
In recent times, we have attended many Rover Scouts SA state-run activities, and look forward to what the future holds for Rover Scouting in South Australia. Check us out on Facebook.
HaVaC meets on a Sunday at the Flagstaff Hill Scout Hall. Please check our calendar below for most up-to-date information.
