Bandera Rovers

Welcome! We are Bandera Rovers.

Located at the Flagstaff Hill Scout Hall, Bandera was founded in June of 2024.

We are a unit based within the Flagstaff Hill Scout Group and love engaging with all the other scouting sections by regularly supporting and participating in local and group events. Being part of this group allows us to maintain strong connections with the wider community, through activities such as local area clean-ups and 24-hour sleep-outs.

Adventure is at the heart of our unit. From weekend camps and hikes, to large outdoor events, we’re always looking for ways to step outside our comfort zones and create memorable, meaningful experiences together.

Our unit neckie and badge reflect our symbol of surrounding sunsets, featuring orange, red and purple. These colours act as a reminder that we are surrounded by a warm community and shared horizons.

Whether you’re new to the scouting movement or linking from Venturers, Bandera Rovers is a welcoming place to grow, contribute and discover your strengths. As a fairly new unit we welcome all, and can’t wait to expand our unit further!
